Bottle came absolutely shattered and no response from the customer service. Got all over the package outside too. Sadly didn’t get to enjoy this as the scent seemed to have leaked all over my apt and building
I must say I like the new packaging and the new scent gets me compliments daily.

I was a little skeptical but so glad I went with the purchase. This particular scent is amazing and just like the Creed version. The first time I wore it, someone came up to me at Costco and asked if I was wearing Creed…so I know it’s not just me.

For the price, hard pass. The bottle comes halfway filled and the pump doesn’t fit so you’ll need to modify it by cutting it down. Won’t fall into this again. Unscented body lotion will have the same effect with a fraction of the aggravation.
Firstly, the scent is amazing. The issue I had was the packaging and the support. They included a sample in the main bottle. I didn’t know it, but it broke in transit and there were glass shards inside. When I opened it, I cut myself. There was also the sample oil everywhere. I wrote to them with pictures and the response to the ordeal, including the cut on my hand, was “sorry” followed by an excuse for my other concern. They don’t tell you that you need to modify the pump for the coco elixir so managing that after a glass shard to the finger was less than pleasant. While the product itself is great, the overall client experience leaves a lot to be desired. In today’s climate, client experience can really dictate overall success of a business, even with a mediocre product. The same is true with a great product and poor experience. This is a great product but I don’t know that I’d order again due to the lack of client experience and proper care. This could have been avoided with diligence on their end.
I got the 5+2 samples product. Of all, I love Eternal Oud. Smells so natural. I like that they are made with oil, and that they are roll ons..nothing gets lost. They last long too. I recommend.
I don’t know what it is, but something about this oil smells off. I don’t know if it’s like spoiled, but it definitely does not smell like Tom Ford perfume
Smells very good! I do have to re apply every couple of hours even with coconut oil base. So just keep some in your purse but it totally worth the purchase.
Scents are no way similar to what they say they are. The scent does not last long either.
Smells great and lasts all day. I put drops with my lotion and add to pulse points andI use it with essential oil jewelry. So many ways to smell good! I will be purchasing more.
At first smellI thought this was more of a masculine fragrance, but once applied to my skin the notes of lavender and sage sang through. I received so many compliments.
